There are 3 streams available for an applicant to apply under Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) with their respective requirements to meet.
Eligible applicants must have a valid work permit in their respective occupations whereas post-graduation work permit holders must show educational credentials (degrees/diploma). Following applicants are considered ineligible to apply under AOS.
The Alberta Opportunity Stream is for temporary foreign workers who are already working full-time in Alberta and have a full-time job offer from an Alberta employer in an eligible occupation. An occupation that fits your previous work experience under National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill levels 0, A, B, C and D is eligible to apply.

The Alberta Express Entry Stream allows applicants qualified under Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry system.
Applicants will receive a notification of interest before they can apply. Applicants showing strong facts towards the economic development for Alberta will receive a Notification of Interest. Qualified candidates will then be selected from Express Entry pool. Also international graduates are considered under express entry stream.
Self-Employed Farmer stream calls for following criteria.
