Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) invites immigrants interested in transitioning to permanent residency.
The program designed to assist skilled immigrants and their family’s judges them on criteria’s of job offer, economic stability and intention to reside.

Applicants are accepted under following streams.

  • Express Entry Skilled Worker stream let applicants enter having a job offer with them.
  • Skilled Worker stream gives acceptance to applicants with permanent & guaranteed employment offer. Also applicants working in Newfoundland and Labrador are eligible to apply.
  • International Graduate stream selects applicants (graduates) of Canadian post secondary institutions who live here on Post-Graduate Work Permit.

 

Express Entry Skilled Worker Requirement

  • Intention to settle.
  • Valid Express Entry received through Express Entry pool.
  • Full time job offer under NOC level 0, A, or B.
  • Job should not be associated with a bargaining unit or labor dispute unit.
  • Valid work permit.
  • Education qualifications under Canada’s institutions.
  • Language test.
  • Min. score of 67 points under assessment levels.
Skilled Worker Requirement

  • Stay intention.
  • Full time job offer.
  • Job should not be associated with a bargaining unit or labor dispute unit.
  • Valid work permit.
  • Proof of funds.
  • Language skill in English or French.
International Graduate Requirement

  • Intention to settle.
  • Completed graduation in a recognized Canadian college or university.
  • 1 year work experience.
  • Full time job offer as per education.
  • Status/work permit.
  • Proof of funds.
  • Language skill in English or French.

Atlantic Immigration Pilot
Being one of the Atlantic Provinces in Canada, foreign workers are hired to fill jobs locally. Applicants who want to apply in the Atlantic Immigration Pilot may be residents of other countries or are living on temporary status in Canada. Here job offer from a designated employer is required.
