Express Entry

applicants are selected under Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Canadian Experience Class.

Applicant Requirement

  • Show intention to work and live.
  • Valid full time job offer.
  • Financial fund proof.

Skilled Worker

allows foreign skilled workers to get PR based on sponsorship offered by Yukon employer.

Applicant Requirement

  • Education & work experience under NOC job level 0, A, or B.
  • Valid study/work permits.
  • Yukon employers are Canadian PRs who offer job.
  • Yukon employers have to provide foreign workers free health insurance.
  • Under sponsorship, Yukon employer will pay for foreign worker’s travel cost (incoming/return) from their resident country, but will not pay for family travel.

 

Critical Impact Worker

selects sponsored experienced semi-skilled or unskilled foreign workers.

Applicant Requirement

  • Min. education of high school diploma.
  • Min. 6 months works experience.
  • Valid study/work permit.
  • Basic language skill in English or French.
  • PR employers having registered business in Yukon operating for at least 1 year.
  • Yukon employers have to provide foreign workers free health insurance.
  • Under sponsorship, Yukon employer will pay for foreign worker’s travel cost (incoming/return) from their resident country, but will not pay for family travel.

Business Nominee
selects applicants having business experience, wanting to start a new business, or purchase or become a partner in existing Yukon business.

Applicant Requirement

  • Show intention.
  • Score of 65 points in assessment.
  • Language score 6 in IELTS and 4 in TEF.
  • 5 years of entrepreneurial or business management experience.
  • investment of CAD $500,000, besides showing min. $300,000 CAD in liquid assets.
  • Hold a position in your business under NOC 0 or A level.
