The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is a key component of the province’s strategy to meet its labor market needs and sustain economic growth. Through the OINP, Ontario selects skilled foreign workers from the federal Express Entry pool who have the qualifications and experience needed to address skill shortages in various sectors, such as IT, healthcare, and engineering. The program offers several streams, including the Human Capital Priorities Stream, which targets candidates with high-demand skills, and the Employer Job Offer Stream, which allows Ontario employers to nominate foreign workers with job offers in critical occupations.
Applicant Requirement
- Intention to work or live.
- Min 400 points scored under CRS.
- Full time job offer under levels 0, A, or B.
- Qualification credential/certificate/ Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, PhD Degree diploma.
- 3 year work experience in respective field.
- 7 CLB score in language proficiency.
